Born with a computer in his hand

I have not taught Stitch how to use a computer, but he hasn't needed it. It's amazing how kids these days figure stuff out on their own. They find games on their own. One day, stitch walked up to me with my cell phone and said, "cheese". Today, I see stitch working on the Mac on his own. He's figure out how to use desktop publishing on his own.... I walk, up and he's designed the collage below on his own...mind you, he doesn't read yet!

Santa Claus

Lilo: "I won't use all the wrapping paper because santa might need some"
me: "why?"
Lilo: "because Santa used our wrapping paper last year to wrap our gifts"

Skiing

After the latest huge snowstorm in Boston which brought 24 inches of snow, I took Lilo and Stitch to their first ski trip in N.H.
I signed Lilo up for an all day group session. But she was the ONLY person in the class. So she essentially got an all day private lesson!
Stitch was signed up for an all day program too, but only got a few hours in. His legs were spaghetti as we descended

I got to ski the first time since Lilo was 6 weeks old. Seeing the kids ski and getting to ski was a great birthday present!
